Untangled provides a confidential, non-judgemental space for academic professionals to tackle concerns and begin response development. I use my experience in higher education administration to help you identify possible paths forward while keeping your goals and values in mind.

Exploration & Research
In this phase, you'll give me an overview of your situation (including relevant documentation) and receive access to the Untangled Workbook. This allows me to research and outline the concern while the workbook prepares you to create value-based solutions in the Outcome Session.

Outcome Session (90 Minutes)
In this session, we'll explore the core concern and possible response paths, and create a problem map to prepare you for value-based action.

In this beginning phase, we'll establish communication and briefly outline the situation (including relevant documentation). You'll gain access to the Untangled Workbook to prepare for the following sessions while I research and outline the concern and possible responses.

Operation: Untangle (4 Sessions, 90 Minutes Each)
These sessions include a unique blend of coaching and consulting to provide you with an unbiased and caring perspective while being realistic about the best outcomes. In this phase, you'll also have access to email support in-between sessions.
-The Deep Dive:
What's going on? What are some immediate possibilities?
-Examining Reality:
What policies, procedures, and practices are related to this concern? Who's right (and does it matter!)?
-Response Planning:
What is the path forward? What are the options for self-advocacy?
-Turning Points:
What does closure look like? Are we mourning or celebrating?
