Rewind is snug and confidential space for higher education leaders to find their way back to their identity as faculty.
Converging
During Rewind sessions, we will explore how we want to show up as faculty, and the convergence between our faculty - leader identities.
Culling
The Rewind Workbook will help you re-aquaint yourself with your former faculty self and suss out what you're keeping and what you're re-invisioning.

Group Orientation
Rewind will kick-off with an Orientation to meet each other and ground the group in our shared practices.

Six Group Sessions
Here, we'll explore the values, possibilities and practices that will create the framework to update your professional identity in each of the core areas, teaching, service and scholarship.

Two Individual Sessions
Two private coaching sessions are included in this group coaching package to give you the opportunity to take a deeper dive into anything that was sparked during a Rewind sessions or whatever is top of mind for you. These can occur at anytime during the program and will be scheduled separately, at your convenience.

Workbook, Templates, Tools, & Session Notes
The Rewind Workbook is specially designed to facilitate the processes of exploring, converging and culling that will lead you to a faculty identity that you are at peace with. And of course, any templates, tools, or resources mentioned during sessions will be recorded and/or linked in our session notes.
